Your health, safety and comfort is our top priority!

Make sure to come to your appointment without makeup on. This allows us the maximum amount of time to lash. We are unable to properly adhere extensions on lashes that have makeup residue. Otherwise, lashing time will be sorter due to having to remove makeup to prep lashes for application.

For safety purposes, please DO NOT bring your children or pets to your appointment. Eyelash extensions take a lot of concentration and we ask that there are no distractions. We reserve the right to cancel/change an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised.

Our eyelash application supplies are each single-use and disposable or are made of materials that will be cleaned and sanitized by your Lash Technician using approved disinfecting solutions, before and after every appointment.

You need to be able to lay on your back for an extended period of time. The lash application is approximately 1-3 hours long depending on the type of service and desired look.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations and no show appointments may result in a cancellation fee, deposit or credit card on file for future appointments.
